01Agreement
These terms apply to elkiya.com and the apps and integrations Elkiya builds, including apps that connect to TikTok ("our services"). They are run by Elkiya Group ("Elkiya", "we", "us"), based in Indonesia. By using our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
02Who can use our services
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms. If you use our services for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
03Connecting TikTok
- You connect your TikTok account through TikTok's own sign-in and choose which permissions to grant. You can revoke them at any time in TikTok.
- Your use of TikTok stays subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Our app only acts on TikTok when you ask it to, for example to publish a video you selected. You are responsible for what you publish.
- Our services are not made, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok.
04Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or publish through our services. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and send it where you ask us to, for as long as you use the feature. You confirm you have the rights to that content and that it breaks no law or anyone else's rights.
05Acceptable use
Do not use our services to:
- break the law or any platform's rules, including TikTok's;
- post spam, misleading, hateful or infringing content;
- access accounts or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer our services.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.
06Our property
The Elkiya name, logo, site and software belong to Elkiya Group. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
07No warranty
We work hard to keep our services running well, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise they will always be available, error-free, or produce any specific result on TikTok or elsewhere.
08Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Elkiya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Ending
You can stop using our services and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may stop offering a service, or end your access if you break these terms. Your data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you; if that fails, the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
11Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell connected users before they take effect. Using our services after that means you accept the new terms.
